An Artistic Journey

I know, I know.. It’s been a while since I’ve updated. I’m sorry. Last week was pretty hectic. 1^st week back to campus and we already have to propose our ideas for our FYP. I started the research wayyy back during the holidays but still I couldn’t finish it before I got back to campus. And my shoulder blade have been hurting pretty much since I got back because I had to carry my freaking heavy stuff to my room and as I went for swimming on Sunday, totalled up with the tiredness, it got worse and my right hand is practically disabled right now to move properly.

Plus, with my thesis proposal submission next week along with the gantt chart and research questions, you can say that I’m pretty much a busy bee currently. So, please be a dear and try to understand the situation here. I don’t appreciate people harassing me at Y!M asking me to update when I’m doing my work. I’ll update whenever I can. Yes, I’m very touchy right now. Ever heard of PMS? If you’re a girl, you would understand why, right?

So anyways, let’s get down to business… As you can see from the title, I’ve been tagged by my close friend.

Since this is the first tag that I’ve done in this blog EVER, I’m pretty enthusiastic about doing this tag.

So here goes…

16 Random Things About Me

1. I am an avid swimmer. I have always loved water. It used to be when I was small, I can’t hear or see the word Swimming Pool
   or my parents would be the victims of my embarrassing requests to swim at which ever swimming pool we came across. Even closed or private ones like the ones at a Country Club and whatnots. When I got bigger, it was a must because I’m an asthmatic. And no, I don’t do competitions because I was not well trained back then. Only when I was in form five did I get proper training with a Rakan Muda trainer. So it was kind of already too late.
2. I don’t usually advertise this but I’m a singer. I join competitions and I perform as well. Once, I joined a Malay talent time competition in MMU called GEMA in 2007 and won 3^rd place. The competition itself got a media coverage from HYPE! Magazine for a one page spread and my face was amongst the faces that were displayed in that page.
3. I have a bad habit that I love to pick the dead skin around my nails and dead skin on my lips. Yes, very very bad habit.
4. If a person ask me what my favourite colour is, the answer will change from time to time. See, I have these seasons of colours for myself when I feel a certain pull towards a certain colour or colours. Like currently, I’m into Electric Blue, Teal and Turquoise while previously I was into Brown and before that I was into Pink for a very, very long time.
5. I’m a bad tempered person. So don’t test my temper when I don’t seem like myself. You might not want to know what will happen if I do lose my temper.
6. I have 10 more random things about me that I have to list.
7. I currently have 6 grown cats and 6 kittens at home and I love ‘em all to bits especially my dear adorable Chiro.
8. My favourite series are dominated by crime investigation series like Criminal Minds, CSI and the new funny series The Mentalist.
9. My current favourite series is The Legend of the Seeker.
10. I am currently having a fever.
11. I am currently reading a thesis proposal andddd trying to finish this freaking tag.
12. My eczema is creeping on my skin again. HELP!
13. Ok now I’m getting bored doing this.
