It was Malaysia’s 12th General Election last Saturday.

Though I was unable to vote (I was still underage during the registration period. *sobs*), but I keep myself updated with the General Election.

All I can say is that I was pretty shocked by the results though I couldn’t say that we (Malaysians) didn’t see it coming. But well some of us didn’t expect it to be like this. All I can say is that the election was pretty tense this time.

I am pretty happy with the results that came from my hometown. My “kampung halaman” which is Johor (Well, there were 6 seats taken by the opposition but that’s another story) although not so much on the overall results of the General Election. But that’s that. I don’t want to say much here. I mean, I don’t want to turn my blog into some political issues. But the public has spoken I guess and by the looks of it and from what the professionals has said, the public is rooting for some changes in Malaysia. Well, let’s just hope Malaysia doesn’t change too much. Coz frankly speaking, I am not so much of a person who’s up for a change. But we’ll see how it goes shall we? I mean, it’s not like I have any other choice anyway, right? :) Besides, what do I have to complaint when my hometown favours for constancy?

Now I know a lot of people might be against this. But each of us are entitled to our opinions and these are merely just my opinion and from my own point of view. I tried to not be as biased as possible and my analyses are not just based on my own opinions but also from what I read and watch from the Medias and tabloids.
